I was very pleased with Annette & her team getting our house to market quickly. We did sell very quickly too. Communication was wonderful. I was surprised however, that at settlement we didn’t receive any communication thanking or congratulating us. And now, 9 months later we are asked to provide a rating.

Aaron Rolt was excellent to deal with throughout our purchase. He was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The whole process felt straightforward and well managed, and we really appreciated his professionalism from start to finish. I’d happily recommend Aaron to anyone looking to buy.

At a time when absolutely NO real estate agent was returning calls or even taking calls, Aaron promptly answered and assisted us from the very first attempt to contact him regarding a house for sale, and too, all other calls as well. On the day we viewed, we held Aaron up from his busy schedule after our initial viewing so that other members of the family could also attend and give an opinion about the possible purchase. He waited with us for over half an hour before they arrived. We ended up purchasing the house and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from the agency Aaron works for again.

Have purchased two properties from Trish, who both times was amazing to deal with from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, infinitely understanding (especially when I made a scheduling mistake with the most recent one), and despite obviously working for the seller, also made an effort to make sure the process was pleasant and seamless on my end as well. Would happily deal with her again, and honestly, I hope I do.
