Kate accepted the challenge, at short notice, to ensure my house would be listed before Christmas. Even taking the photos herself as the photography agents had closed their doors for the holiday period. My house was listed Christmas eve, and the outcome from both the photos and the service provided by Kate and her team, had my house sold by mid February. Haven’t met or really spoken to Donna. I knew exactly what I wanted as I’ve been researching this area for a year and have had multiple property investments in the past. Initiated contact and we had a few emails relating to price, property search details and that’s about it. I’m yet to figure out how we’ll connect for handover and key collecting. But I’m sure I’ll just message the office and figure that out.
