They were very courteous and respectful of what we wanted to achieve. once our property was listed we had three open houses. following these opening they provided comphrehensive and constructive feedback to us regading the prtetial buyers and their opinions on our property. At the date of closing of expressions of interest, we had three offers. two were subject to the sale of their existing property and one was subject to finance. Helen and Madeline negotiated with the later potential buyer who increased their offer by $25,000. We accepted this offer and the property settled four weeks later.
