Lukas was assigned to our sale after our phone call to get an appraisal to sell mums house. Lukas had a detailed knowledge of the local market and had a good plan to sell mums house which I took to my sisters who also agreed it was a sound plan. Deciding to do styling as the house was empty was a great decision and we believe it gave us the best price for mums house.
