The moment we met nitha we connected and found her very easy to deal with

I engaged Nitha Coetzer at M&D Realty to sell my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Her frequent communication throughout the sales process left me feeling comfortable and confident that I was benefiting from her professionalism and market knowledge. Nitha prepared a customised marketing plan that truly set my property apart. She organised professional staging, high-quality photography, and a stunning video that showcased the home beautifully. Her commitment to exposure was outstanding — several open houses, plus private viewings for interested parties and buyer’s agents, ensured we reached all the right buyers. Nitha also recommended a fantastic conveyancing lawyer, making the entire selling process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to her professionalism, market knowledge, and hard work, we not only sold within six weeks, but achieved a record-breaking price for the apartment complex by several hundred thousand dollars. I had such a great experience with M&D Realty, that I have engaged Nitha's property management team to manage my investment properties. I highly recommend Nitha Coetzer and her team at M&D Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell their home or invest in residential properties.
