Jett is one of those people you just have to like from the word go. It’s hard to put into words how patient and caring Jett was throughout the whole time that he was involved with us. We made him wait for ages while we prepared the home for sale, and he just waited patiently for us. He wasn’t pushy at all. When the time came to start the sale process, he was understanding, helpful, and offered great advice and tips. He guided us through the whole process, and was always flexible. Nothing was too much trouble. We could always tell how much he genuinely cared about getting the right result for us. For Jett, it wasn’t all about the money. It was all about the relationship. We cannot thank Jett and the team at Ray White Marsden enough for all the help and the professional manner that they approached everything with. We would recommend Jett, Cory, and the team to anyone. Not always responsive to listing changes and heard from a friend of one of the bidders that Steve wasn’t responsive to them either. Personal attire wasn’t always up to a professional standard and was overheard discussing price range with a potential buyer much below what was discussed and instructed. I believe a higher price could have been achieved with a different approach but I trusted the advice of agent so that’s on me I guess.

It was a tough few months, but Melissa was right there by my side the whole time. Real-estate agents don't have the best name (trust me most cannot be trusted), but Melissa breathes ethics, reality and a caring nature into her mission to look after her clients in such a patient manner. She ensures you are comfortable and educates you on the market as you're selling. Melissa, is not at all in this industry for her commission or to sell something at a price she believes is unreasonable. However, she pushes for the right price and allows the seller to make decisions freely, without pushing her own agenda. I honestly will be using Melissa again, and forwarding everyone I know her details. Her experience speaks volumes, so ignore the agent who has 10 years experience... they have nothing on Mel.
