If you are looking for an agent who is honest, kind and amenable this is your guy!!! He's one in a million and a rarity to find in Real Estate. Beau is easy and engaging to work with. Beau was quick to respond to my questions. We had met Beau at several open houses prior to finding the house we would eventually buy and found him friendly and helpful on all occasions. The real estate market is incredibly competitive and I thought Tom Offerman and Beau were a great team to buy from.
