What can we say!!! Grant Smith certainly restored our faith in real estate agents. After having a contract fall through on a sale property, Grant and his sales extraordinaire Lian Welsh, gave us the support and confidence to go ahead with the sale of our property and even while on a pre booked holiday to Thailand, we knew we had the right agent for the job!! Constant communication (even via Messenger while away) and with 2 offers on our return, nothing was ever too much trouble. We sold within 4 weeks and received an amazing price, and we are so grateful to Grant and his whole team (including Carmen in the office) for their outstanding commitment to selling our house and helping us achieve our dream of living on the water in our new home!!
