We recently purchased a property and Jason Monk was the selling agent. He was pleasant to deal with - a nice guy you might say. He was responsive in getting back to us and as a buyer it can be frustrating when agents either don't return phone calls or they seem to busy to care. Jason was very patient and kept in touch even when we looked at a number of properties; nothing was too much trouble. I also liked that he answered questions honestly, and if he had to check with the seller, he would get the right answer instead of just making up an answer on the spot or brushing off the question. That gave us a level of trust that we didn't feel with some other agents. Overall Jason was trustworthy, enthusiastic about the property, and has a wonderful approach to customer service. We highly recommend him if you are thinking about either buying or selling.

Lee-Anne was very helpful in providing all information that was required. All good ideas were given on how to present the property and to make it stand out on inspection. I highly recommend Lee-Anne to manage any other sales. I found Lee-Anne very friendly with great communication.

The sale did not go through without its troubles. Lee-Anne was very helpful and communication was amazing at the start. I found once the contract was signed we were not informed about certain items that would need to have been done before settlement and only brought to our attention a few days prior. I feel her knowledge as a real estate agent would have kept us informed. I didn’t hear from Lee Anne confirming settlement or after. I would like to say that the sale was not stressful, but trying to find a smoke alarm guy, 2 days before settlement was very stressful. I sold this house for my dad as he couldn’t and acting as solo EPOA. Thanks CW
