Selecting the right agent in a sea of agents bustling for your business is very daunting. From my experience, the majority appear to be transactional setting low expectations for the seller in order to achieve a quick result at a low price; and should the result be better than expected, you were the lucky one! From marketing to strategy, most offer a slightly different approach yet a very similar package and seem to forget.......they are working for YOU! From my first meeting with Zac, he stood out from the bunch. Instead of just looking at the "market data" of the standard box with four walls, he appreciated the uniqueness of my property and the features that set it apart from the standard home. We spoke at length about the process. He gave sound advice on not only strategy and marketing, but also the timing to market which (having some sales background myself) just made sense! He devised a plan that not only stood out from the rest, but resonated with my own thoughts. He also set a realistic price expectation that far above his competitors, and backed himself to deliver it. In the end the decision to select Zac to facilitate the sale was a "no brainer". Once engaged Zac assisted with coordination and appointment of the stylist, landscaper and photographers, all of which were outstanding to deal with. He engaged us throughout the marketing with proofs of the campaign. The final product and presentation when we went to market was exceptional. With over 100 groups through the first weekend of open house, the results speak for themselves. Zac navigated the potential buyers with extreme professionalism and achieved the sale after roughly 2 weeks to market. Not only did we achieve a quick sale, but Zac negotiated the sale price to the top end of his initial expectation. 13% higher than most of his competitors. An outstanding result.
