A good market knowledge was obvious also sending Buyer Response Reports. Were kept well informed via phone and email and ensured good communication with our tenant and Onsite Manager. Co-ordinated all Opens including an interstate visitor who purchased after viewing. He went above expectations with ensuring property was well presented for inspections. Overall very happy as we had a relatively quick result considering a slow market with a higher than expect sale price for our property.
