Our area is blessed with an abundance of really great real estate agents. So what set Katrina and KBRE apart? From the perspective of a seller, we appreciated the detailed communication available on our own web portal regarding how communications and inspections were progressing. We didn’t need to chase for updates. We could check on all the background information and statistics of the campaign at anytime. We value data driven decision making and this was invaluable in shaping the strategy we fine tuned with the KBRE team.
