This isn't the first time I have used Dale, to be fair, I have used him on all my purchases and sales. What I like about Dale is his genuine and authentic approach. Not the pushy agent that the industry seems to generate. This time around was around the time Albo announced his reforms and destroyed the housing market. We had one sale, but finance fell through. All through this Dale was positive minded, determined and focused on getting a result. I cannot recommend Dale enough. Whenever I sell, purchase I will be using Dale again.
