It was a pleasure to liaise with Julie in our house purchase. There was no attempt to “hard sell” the property, Julie respected our judgement and needs without trying to convince us that this was the house for us. Julie remained pleasant, respectful and courteous at all times as did the staff at the Nerang office. Her timely and prompt attention throughout the process helped us considerably. We would happily recommend Julie at LJ Hooker for future property needs.

When we decided to sell our house, choosing the right agent was vital. Julie, our agent for the Nerang property, far exceeded our expectations with her professionalism, and genuine care, making the experience smooth and stress-free. She communicated well, keeping us updated after every inspection and quickly relaying buyer questions or issues. Julie’s prompt replies by phone, email, or text meant we were never left waiting, and she was equally attentive to potential buyers, ensuring negotiations were straightforward and efficient. Julie genuinely cared about our situation, taking the time to understand our needs and preferences. Selling brought a few surprises, but her clear explanations and support meant any issues were resolved with minimal fuss. She offered valuable insights on buyer trends, listing times, and pricing strategies, and her recommendations for preparing our home were spot on. Julie was upfront and transparent, always prioritising our best interests. Her honesty and ethical approach gave us confidence throughout. Thanks to her dedication and attention to detail, our house sold at a price we were happy with. Her marketing, communication, and negotiation skills attracted interest and delivered results. We are sincerely grateful for Julie’s efforts. Our experience with her has set the benchmark for what we expect from an agent. If you are considering selling, we highly recommend Julie—her professionalism and client-first approach truly stand out. We wish her all the best for the future; she deserves it.

Would highly recommend Julian & Mel, they were very professional yet personable and this approach made our experience a positive one. They told us a price they could achieve for our home and got exactly that, with only 2 open homes!! They never tried to beat us down on price, they listened to our needs, which was very refreshing. They achieved a great sale price which we were very happy with. They worked around the clock and were always available to answer any questions/concerns we had.

This is the 3rd successful sale Julian has lead for our family. His extensive knowledge of the local market helped us price our properties strategically, resulting in a sale before auction at over $50,000 above our asking price for our recent sale. Julian is always open and honest with his advice and I’ve always felt comfortable during meetings and negotiations. When things became confusing or stressful, Julian is always there to help us move ahead. Highly recommend him as an agent.
