Brent was amazing, he came over on a Sunday afternoon because it was the only time we could do and we had offers after our first open. He listened and followed all our wishes with everything. We chose Andy to sell our house based on a friends recommendation and also reading other reviews. Andy from start to finish was a great agent. He was considerate and kind to the tenants that were currently renting our home and communication with him was frequent and I always felt like he made the process as smooth and stress free as possible by organizing a lot of bits behind the scenes like insurance with our neighbor etc. He was always on the front foot and would be happy to make calls and organize things for me as I was out of state. Couldn't recommend Andy enough, he is truly brilliant at his job and I can see why he has so many amazing reviews!
