Agencies in Sydney

Our experience with the Marsden team has been nothing short of exceptional. Ray and George weren’t just real estate agents looking to close a deal — they were professional, knowledgeable, and above all, genuinely personable. We were navigating a significant family decision involving my mother, grandmother, and extended family as we searched for a forever home to downsize into. Ray and George truly understood the emotional weight behind this move and treated the process with care and respect. George, in particular, went above and beyond — working tirelessly, answering every call, and addressing every question or adjustment with patience and clarity. Even after settlement, George continues to check in to ensure everything is running smoothly, which speaks volumes about their commitment. What stood out most was that Ray and George clearly operate beyond just chasing commission. They encourage a sense of trust and fairness, creating a safe environment for buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords alike. We’re deeply grateful to Ray, George, and the entire Marsden team for their support and professionalism throughout this journey.

We had a great experience with Gerard and team. We were keep up to date frequently on the process and progress of our sale. We were very happy when the sale occurred prior to the property going to auction. All ran smoothly and professionally. We would not hesitate in recommending Gerard and his team.

Ray was not only very professional during my dealings with him but also very polite, making the entire process easy.

Though I have not met Nelson, thanks to modern technology I felt I have known him personally. Thanks again Nelson for helping in the success of selling and we will be in touch once the the completion of the building and the money transactions. Hear from you soon.

We recently worked with Terry Li for our property, and overall, we’re satisfied with the experience. Communication was clear throughout, and Terry was generally responsive and easy to deal with.
