We heard his name from our neighbour that Ferry is a customer-focused agent. After emailing him a few times, we felt he is truely a responsible person and we like to entrust him to sell our property. By assessing the time when we asked him to sell the property, he recommended us to enter the market immediately as the interest rate is increasing shortly and the market will go down.
