When the initial approach to sell the apartment tenanted did not attract sufficient buyers, Jade pivoted to the fallback position of selling the apartment vacant. She quickly costed the requirements for the second strategy - painting, carpeting and display furnishings. Jade well understood the benefits (not necessarily obvious) of the apartment's location and precinct-like environment and this helped stimulate added interest in the successful sale.
