Toby worked so hard to manage the sale process. He suggested work to be done that adds value, recommended (good) trades people and genuinely actively manage the sale. If you choose Toby, you’re getting experience in the industry and the Northern Beaches market. He knows his stuff. He got me a great price and I know he worked so hard to do it.
