Johnny provided us with fantastic customer service, such as great communication, advising us were he is at, what he has done and what he is going to do. Johnny organised for a photographer to come out and take pictures. I must say that they are terrific pictures and 4 days later was published on Real estate. These pictures was seen by a potential buyer which lead to contracts being signed 3 days later at the maximum price it was advertised for. The house didn't even make the 1st open house inspection. That's how fast it sold. With Johnny's help, we managed to get more than what we expected.
