Johnny was extremely professional when he showed us the property. His knowledge of the market was invaluable to help us formulate an offer for the property. Johnny was very upfront and ethical in our dealings. He listens and provides great feedback to any questions I have. He is indeed very different from the other sales people we have dealt with. He was extremely pleasant and it was really a pleasure to have purchased the property from him. I highly recommend Johnny as a fantastic sales agent.

Many agents could plainly sell your property, however if you’re looking for more such as someone genuine, kind & diligent, Johnny is your guy. His honest, cool as a cumber & hard-working approach, provides the seller confidence, reassurance, and a sense of peace for what could be quite an anxious experience. Johnny is also not one to ‘buy your listing’, he’s authentic from the outset, by providing a realistic view, thorough walk-through of next steps whilst communicating consistently / constantly throughout the journey. I truly recommend Johnny when selling property within the Ryde district, as his experience, results and client feedback speaks volumes and is a testament with how he operates in parallel with the ‘A’ grade treatment of his clients.

From the first time I met Johnny to discuss the sale of my property in Ryde, I found him to be polite, approachable and very professional. His knowledge of the market is outstanding, and he was focused on selling my property from day one. Johnny's ongoing communication during the selling process, his work ethic, his honesty, attention to detail with contracts and legals are outstanding. I sincerely thank Johnny for his work, and for achieving a result above my expectations.

I recently brought and sold a property with Jacob he was very helpful and approachable. The process was a lot easier than I had imagined .I would recommend Jacob.

Jacob achieved an excellent result in a little over two weeks listing our property in Newington. Listing mid-lockdown meant inspections by appointment only, these 1-1 inspections were well organised, with little hassle to us as the owners. Jacob is motivated and enthusiastic and kept us informed along the way.

Extremely satisfied with Jacob Saleh selling my house. Jacob approach was refreshing and minimised my stress. He sold my house in a very depressed market within 5 weeks! He has a sharpness of mind and excellent follow through. He achieved an excellent result for myself and the purchaser. I was most impressed with his tenacity hard work and negotiating skills.
