Throughout the one-and-a-half-month marketing campaign, Dan has talked to me nearly daily with clear and open communication on marketing updates, buyers’ activities, and the next move. This gives us peace of mind as a vendor not having to speculate on the market movement which saves us a lot of stress. I observed that the Cakmak Brothers possess a unique synergy prowess – they complement each other in skill and strength (and humor) to make us feel that they are all in this process for our benefit as if they are selling their own home.
