Well, we did it again! This is the second property we’ve sold with Marco, George and the team at Rich & Oliva, and they have always been straightforward, hardworking and committed to getting the job done. Of course, we would have loved a little more, but the market is what it is. They sold our home within the right timeframe, unconditionally under the hammer, and we genuinely don’t believe there was anything more they could have done. We were extremely happy with the service. I was particularly impressed with the marketing and video. My husband works in video production, and even he thought they did an excellent job. Selling a home can be a nervous and high-pressure experience, but Marco and the team handled everything exceptionally well.
