The real estate market has been proving very difficult to navigate at this time, however David was able to bring buyer and seller expectations together to achieve an outcome that as buyers we were very happy with. At a time when some agents are laughing off lower offers, David kept us close and informed regarding the campaign but without ever making us feel pressured or that our level of interest was off the mark.
