Kevin has always been very helpful to all my requests. He told me all about those who came for the inspections, he tried to encourage them to come to the auction to bid for the house. He always open the house for inspection at their requested time. If it is not because Kevin encouraged the bidders to come, and they bidded for the house at the auction, the house would not have be sold at this high price, I am indeed very thankful and grateful to him.

As first-home buyers, navigating the whole process felt overwhelming at times, but Michael was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Firstly, they have the busiest shop in town with people coming and going throughout the day while the others seem to be very quiet. Given the timing with what was going on in the world then I was certain I'd have to discount the price but thankfully I didn't have to. They managed to get a good price at a difficult time. I'd chose them again.
