As a newbie vendor and going through a difficult time, including a renovation (!) Anna was a blessing. Consistently contacting me to check in, not just on my plans with the sale but also on me, for months before we were ready to sell. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We are immensely pleased with the sale price and so happy we chose to trust Anna and the strategy she used in planning and implementing the sale. I am very, very grateful to her and for her during the process.

Easy to deal with through negotiation process and had contacts to make the sale easy, however did when the contract was written up, it didn't include the spa which was advertised with house. I should of added but missed it which eventuated in the sellers removing it from the house before settlement. The contract was also marked that the smoke alarms were compliant which we found was not the case on settlement date
