Debra did her job and did sell our property. However, there seemed to be delays with communicating both with us and potential buyers which led to a delay in selling the property. Potential buyers were not contacted in a timely fashion and their interest waned. Debra was a friendly person to chat to but used some old fashioned/out of date language such as 'love', 'dear' etc, which was uncomfortable.
