I sold my house in Tarneit after the first agency I used really did not give it much of a chance. Once the house was empty Robert suggested we do proper real staging with real furniture from a styling company. The change in the photos and during the open inspections was amazing. The furniture was the right size for the rooms and it helped hide some of the minor blemishes and wear. The kitchen and bathrooms are 15 years old and have not been updated so the staging really helped a lot. We had one sale that fell through but then we took it to auction. Robert and the team handled the auction really well. They gave me honest advice with no pressure at all. They also kept in regular contact throughout the whole process including during the open inspections. In the end I was very happy with the result.
