When I took on Michael, it was based on his 5 star ratings from customers in real-estate.com plus his initial quote on the property. Michael updated me weekly over the period of the property being listed. He found a lot of buyers and successful got more than he estimated. When we asked for changes - he was highly accommodating. Don't use anyone else in Toowoomba - trust me I have used a few and Michael is outstanding!
