She gave us good advice on preparing the property for the best sale and helped us style the house to present the right 'vibe'. Her photographer was great too, bringing it to life. Liza understood who could be interested buyers straight away. We had people through the property before it was even listed. Liza has a great work ethic, is a straight shooter and a tough negotiator. She was quick to sort through interested parties to get to the real buyers. Great agent with plenty of character.

When I engaged Liza for potentially selling my home, she was extremely honest and explained how the market in St Andrew’s Beach was sitting. 3 months later, she reached out and honesty believed she could help us achieve our selling goal.. 9 days later our home was sold.
