He asked all the right questions, my expectations, timing, sell price etc and then stepped me through the process from start to finish. He has a solid understanding of the current market backed up by strong sales results and a history of meeting and generally exceeding target selling price. He kept me fully informed of potential buyer type and offers / price range with regular phone, text and meetings. Best of all was his auction day professionalism which resulted in beating the reserve by 15%. I highly recommend both Mario and his agency.
