Tom was trustworthy what he said he did, this I found was not the norm in the real estate world. He followed up our every concern as both parties were interested in off loading furniture in the process of down sizing. He was very understanding and patient when he needed to exercise it, as had he put pressure on us we may have walked away. From a sellers point of view we had experienced some dodgy operators, I would not hesitate to recommend or use Tom in the future.
