This is the 3rd home we have trusted Rod to sell for us, & while our previous experiences were positive, this sale was particularly special to us. In the past, Rod sold our investment properties while interstate, so we never had the opportunity to meet him in person. This time was different. We were selling our family home with the goal of finding our “forever home”, so the process was much more personal & emotional. On one occasion, I came outside to find him holding my toddler’s hand while I quickly ran inside to grab the blower. It was a small gesture, but it said a lot about the kind of person he is. His willingness to go above & beyond, without being asked, is a big part of why we came to trust & appreciate him. During the uncertainty surrounding the purchase of our new home, Rod kept us informed every step of the way. He was always approachable & responsive.
