3 real estate agents in Sellicks Hill, SA, 5174

We were very impressed with Nicks local knowledge, and of the industry in general , as well as his professional approach. His advice was genuine and the whole process was smooth. A big thank you too to the great team at the Willunga office.

Before buying our property we'd looked at many others, either online and open inspections through OC real estate. I had a conversation with Nick about a particular place and he basically talked me out of it, mainly due to steep driveways and moblity issues etc. He spent the time bringing up the questions we should be asking ourselves the what iffs in buying a new home. Get that piece of paper and list the pros on one side and cons on the other. Most of our buying was through Nick but we did have positive interactions with many of the OC team, of which we're thankful.

Nick was very professional and managed our time and his effectively. Both Bonnie and himself worked hard for us and we ended up with a fair and accurate price for our beloved family home. Nothing was too much for Nick and his team. Would recommend any one needing to sell to consider Nick and his team at OC Willunga. 10/10

Chrises knowledge is outstanding easy to talk to he made the sale very smooth and simple.

Chris had a very positive and realistic approach to my property. I felt that he quickly understood my situation.

Congratulations to Chris and his team who ran an excellent marketing campaign. Their media presentations were impressive and professionally done. Chris gave detailed feedback on all inquiries made and on the three open inspections.
