Before buying our property we'd looked at many others, either online and open inspections through OC real estate. I had a conversation with Nick about a particular place and he basically talked me out of it, mainly due to steep driveways and moblity issues etc. He spent the time bringing up the questions we should be asking ourselves the what iffs in buying a new home. Get that piece of paper and list the pros on one side and cons on the other. Most of our buying was through Nick but we did have positive interactions with many of the OC team, of which we're thankful.

Nick was very professional and managed our time and his effectively. Both Bonnie and himself worked hard for us and we ended up with a fair and accurate price for our beloved family home. Lisa was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She was very supportive and understanding of the stresses in selling the house. She was a good to talk to when needed, supported me when things were going wrong and gave great advice. She had a lot of patience and was understanding with legal issues and my ex causing issues with the sale process and harassing her. Would recommend to anyone and would go through her again if I needed to.
