Jason really goes there for us and pursues the best outcome tiredlessly. When the offer he was given had already higher than the price we originally expected, Jason didn't just run back and get us signing the contract so he could wrap up and get his commission. He continued to find a higher offer and we sold the house 100k more than what we would have sold for!!! Jason really treat your property as his own, and acts in your favour, not like some sales out there they only care about getting a quick turnover, getting their commission the soonest, and not go above and beyond to find the best deal for the landlord.
