⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended I cannot speak highly enough of Matthew Everingham from Richard Matthews Real Estate, who recently sold my mother’s property. Matthew achieved an excellent sale price, particularly given the difficult market conditions and challenges involved. His hard work, dedication and professionalism throughout the entire process were exceptional. What impressed me most was Matthew’s honesty, integrity and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for my mother. He was reliable, approachable and hardworking, and I always felt that he had our best interests at heart. Selling a family property can be a stressful and emotional experience, especially under challenging circumstances. Matthew made the process much easier through his guidance, clear communication and genuine commitment. I am extremely grateful for everything Matthew has done and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, professional and hardworking real estate agent who genuinely delivers results. Thank you, Matthew, for an outstanding job and an excellent result. You have my highest recommendation.

As a first time seller, I was not well-informed about the sales process and was concerned my lack of knowledge would be taken advantage of. However, throughout the entire campaign I never felt pressured and always felt listened to - they never tried to overwhelm me with sales jargon and strategies but took the time to explain what to expect every step of the way They always went above and beyond to answer questions and provide guidance, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I felt informed, respected, and genuinely cared for I would highly recommend Jackson to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate agent in the Croydon Park area - the fact that I got such a great result was a bonus!

Cherry sold our Burwood unit and did an outstanding job. She knew the building well, having sold in it before, and priced our unit with confidence. She handled renovation, staging and photography entirely on her own, and personally followed up every buyer group. When an early offer came in low, she advised us to hold, and we sold at our target price. She’s warm, responsive and very easy to work with. Highly recommend Cherry to anyone selling in the Burwood area!
