We had 4 days of open homes, and the process after every open home was great. Described the potential buyers, and gave their honest feedback. Then at the start of the third week on sale, 3 offers were made on the same day, and within 2 days, contract signed, and 6 days later, unconditional with a a perfect settlement period that aligns with our move.
