Damian and his team provided us with sound strategy and advice throughout the campaign in a very challenging market. He was able to give us realistic expectations on where our property was positioned compared to others on the market and his communication through the campaign was always reassuring. In particular he provided us with constant updates on negotiations with potential buyers and adapted the marketing to attract those to whom this property was most likely to appeal. His knowledge of the local market proved to be very valuable in helping us achieve a very satisfying outcome.

We have sold two Docklands properties through Alice. Alice was very proactive in all of her communications with us. I was never left in any doubt in how the sale of our properties were progressing. Alice got a result for us that we were very happy with. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Mel is the best, direct, no fluff, knows the market. I have bought and sold with Mel, couldn’t recommend more. Hayley

I am very pleased with Janssen's professionalism, patience and attention to the Property. He was honest to me as a Purchaser and was absolutely understanding of my need to settle promptly. He is very reliable and he is in constant communication with both the Vendors and myself to ensure we are both satisfied. He is a very hard-working individual who treated us and the Property with respect. I highly recommend Janssen and his company for peace of mind and quality of service in real estate.
