After chatting to Shane for a few years, he was an easy choice to sell our property when the time came as we had built a relationship based on straight talking. He took the time to understand our position and provide accurate feedback on the market conditions. His advice on timing and how to present our property was clearly explained and logical. He asked plenty of questions and challenged some of our initial expectations and thinking whilst providing numerous options for us to consider. He was not pushy or demanding and was very keen to work within our preferred timeframes. He clearly presented options on how to sell and when. Fees/commissions/costs were clearly disclosed as were all legal requirements that we needed to fulfil. He provided contacts/recommendations for local trades people to carry out required tasks to best present our property. We had about 15 groups to our first open for inspection and an initial offer a few days later. Within a week of going on the market, we had a firm offer that we accepted. Shane continually kept us appraised as to how the purchaser was proceeding with meeting their conditions (building/pest inspection and finance). Some agents are good at talking but short on delivery although not Shane. Everything he said he would do, he did with a smile, great sense of humor and honesty. Overall, we could not have been happier with Shane and his team and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others. Thanks Shane, great work that has been really appreciated.
