We recently worked with Nick to sell my late uncle’s home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, Nick was respectful, kind, and genuinely understanding. He spoke about the property as a home, not just a house, and took a sincere interest in learning about my uncle, which meant a great deal to our family. Nick was honest and accurate with his appraisal, standing apart from other agents we spoke with who seemed more focused on securing the listing than providing realistic advice. He supported our family throughout the entire process, kept each family member regularly updated, and was always available to answer questions, no matter how small. His marketing campaign was effective, tasteful, and not overdone, with no unnecessary extras, and the pricing was very reasonable. He managed each family member’s different personalities with patience and grace, which truly speaks to his professionalism. Nick’s team also deserves special mention. They were exceptional - providing consistent updates, communicating clearly at every stage, and working hard behind the scenes to secure genuine buyers. Their organisation and care gave us real confidence and peace of mind throughout the campaign. On auction day, Nick achieved a wonderful result, and his genuine, heartfelt reaction was incredibly moving. We are so thankful for the effort, care, and outcome he delivered. Great guy, great agent… put Nick as your first preference. You won’t regret it.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Nick. His transparency throughout made the whole process seamless. Whilst we had some unexpected setbacks, his patience, diligence perseverance and knowledge of the market allowed us to achieve an extremely successful result. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and service that Nick provided throughout the journey.

Nick's service was outstanding. He made the whole process easy for us and stress free, with a great result. We will definitely be recommending him to our family and friends.

Great to deal with and very knowledgeable

We had a very good experience from property management to selling our property.

Anthony was unwavering in his commitment in achieving the best possible result for the sale of my home. He is very open and honest and cuts through all the BS. He has a vast amount of experience and sound understanding of the inner west property market, making him a trustworthy agent. Anthony is a good communicator and is dedicated to the cause. I am very happy with manner in which he conducted himself with me as the vendor, and with prospective buyers. The campaign was professional throughout. My beautiful home was a regretful sale, and in a every tough market, and Anthony showed great empathy to this, qualities I found genuine and rare. He's not just about the sale and the money. Anthony guided me throughout the campaign with realistic expectations and sound knowledge of market conditions. Anthony is an agent you can trust and rely on in giving you 100% in achieving the best result.

Everyone is in a quandary at the moment with real estate but Ercan and Caroline were very professional and were able to pinpoint the prospective buyers. We were able to achieve our reserve when only 51% were sold at auction on that day. Ercan kept us up to date during the whole process. I can highly recommend Ercan and his team for a seamless and stress free sale

Very good understanding of the market condition during a patchy period, negotiated well with the buyer and moved them up to an acceptable level

Ercan was great at helping with the sale of my property.
