What really impressed me was the extra effort Edward and his team put into the sale. They requested and gathered construction-related documents so they could answer potential buyers' questions and address concerns about the restrictions and requirements involved in building on the land. This gave potential buyers much more confidence in the land. After the property had been advertised for nearly two months without finding the right buyer, I started to lose my hope. Edward, however, encouraged me to stay firm and stand our ground. His patience, confidence, and commitment ultimately paid off — he successfully sold the land at the price we had initially agreed on.
