Linda. Smith went beyond expectations and made the selling of mother’s house next to mine a much less stressful experience than it could have been. She was very hands on and organised all she could to bring the property up to standard. There were. A few complications on our end with POA but with patience ,prodding and persistence settlement went through with success. Very skilled at helping the customer with the paperwork ,knows her market very well demonstrated great knowledge of the house absolute pleasure to deal with in person and on the phone always has time for the customer . Louise Neal from @realty was absolutely outstanding! I needed to sell my house quickly, and despite difficult selling conditions and a downturn in the market, Louise made it happen—selling my home in record time for a fantastic price. She was honest, professional, friendly and an excellent communicator who genuinely understood my circumstances. Her standards for presenting the house were incredibly high. She beautifully decorated and staged my home and even went above and beyond by vacuuming, polishing, using the pet hair roller and steam iron and the outdoor blower and weeding the garden! Each room was presented beautifully like a display home! I never could have done that on my own. Louise worked tirelessly to get everything perfect, sometimes staying at my house until midnight preparing for a home open. Her dedication, attention to detail and hard work were exceptional.
