Alysha and Selena. Selena and Alysha….they are the gun team for sales in Burnie. From go to finish these guys are great. The best.

We interviewed 3 burnie real estate agents. Sarah derstood the property and value of land. Communication was perfect and clear. Price was exactly as she said it would be. Very happy.

Andrew was wonderful to work with. He was very communicative and helpful. For a first time home buyer, he made the process so much easier.

Jodi listens to really understand your wishes when selling your home. Jodi provided me with clear information regarding the process from the beginning right through until sale. Jodi's approach made it an easy process and I am very happy with the outcome.

Jodi recently sold my Penguin home in a matter of days for a price over my expectations, she had previously sold a home in Boat Harbour on my recommendation for a friend. As a long term astute investor and home owner she is my go to Agent for advice as she provides an easy to understand professional approach to both buying and selling. Things I respect about Jodi's approach: 1. Amazing communication, I was constantly updated and Jodi was always available to answer my questions. 2. As a Penguin local Agent Jodi knows Penguin and the North West Coast inside out. 3. Bringing buyers and sellers together is not always easy but Jodi's personal style and approach makes selling and buying seamless. 4. Jodi has a fantastic team behind her, special thanks to Jas who provides exceptional support to Jodi and to Colin the other half of the "spouse selling houses " team. BTW , she did win the number 1 Harcourts Agent award but she hides her light under a bushel! In summary, I highly recommend Jodi to all buyers and sellers. Narelle Wickham

We can't thank Jodi enough for everything she has done for us. She helped us purchase our new family home and also managed the off-market sale of our current home, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. Jodi was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for our family. We are so grateful for her professionalism, dedication, and support, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Thank you, Jodi!
