Well, we did it again! This is the second property we’ve sold with Marco, George and the team at Rich & Oliva, and they have always been straightforward, hardworking and committed to getting the job done. Of course, we would have loved a little more, but the market is what it is. We engaged Rich and Oliva Croydon Park recently for the sale of my house in Canterbury after I had had a moved from another agent. Despite how great our property was, we were facing into a very difficult market in April 2026 with armchair experts predicting the demise of the property market, interest rates rising, changes to negative gearing rules rumored and the conflict in Iran blowing out the cost of fuel and general living. George and Marco make a great team. George did a fantastic job keeping the buyer engaged throughout the campaign. She was understandably a nervous purchaser given the current market, but the team remained patient, professional and proactive, ultimately holding the sale together and achieving what I believe was a fair and reasonable price in today’s market. I found the team to be patient, professional and diligent in everything they did. Looking back, I know I made the right decision in choosing Rich & Oliva to sell my property.
