Well where do I start. Tom is by far the most easy going , but professional agent I have dealt with in many years. I was the buyer and Tom was able to give me any info I needed on the 2 properties I viewed. He is very diplomatic in dealing with both the buyer and the seller, as I’m sure our vendor would agree. Honest, cheerful, and just a downright amazing young man. If I was to ever be selling my property or buying another I would seek Tom out for his knowledge and assistance. He was very patient with myself and my friend, as we were running very late , but Tom was very gracious and accomodating. Anyone looking to buy or sell Tom is your man. From start to finish , he took endless phone calls from me and helped me navigate the whole process, explaining the differences between state laws, as I was moving interstate.
