I came to the Huon Valley for the very first time at the start of 2019, to work a cherry harvest at a local farm. Coming from sunny Queensland, I had never heard of the Huon Valley, knew nobody in the area let alone been to Tasmania. The original plan was to be here for 6 weeks to work the harvest, and then immediately leave to go globe trotting. That season, I happened to meet my wife Bethany and as you may possibly imagine, that plan was very quickly scrapped and 6 weeks became 6 months in the Huon before I left to travel other parts of the world. However, the Huon left its mark on me and I knew that there’s no other place quite like it to both live in and be apart of. Beth and I moved back to Queensland for a little while where we both worked in my family business of commercial furniture manufacturing, myself overseeing the logistics of building fit outs and Beth overseeing the sewing department. The job satisfaction of being able to bring about solutions to people in all sorts of circumstances was something I didn’t know I would enjoy so much. Now, it is apart of life I couldn’t imagine being without. When the opportunity presented itself for us to make a permanent move to the Valley, we didn’t blink twice! Along with the move south came the opportunity to jump into a career in Real Estate. Although it was not apart of the plan, I haven’t looked back! No two days are the same and being able to help people find solutions that bring along that same satisfaction I learned to love so much. I look forward to collaborating with you in whatever move you make and ensuring it’s a smooth transition. Whether it’s selling your investment property, selling your family home, or buying your very first block of land, I’m here to help. Karl persisted with, and supported us for over two years since we first approached him about selling our house. The delay was due to our slowness in preparations and the massive size of moving. Professional from beginning to end.

From the initial phone call to the settlement day Karl and the team were fantastic. Their professional experience and knowledge was impressive. The house was presented beautifully with their guidance and the marketing campaign was well thought through. Even down to little touches like flowers on the table. Selling from interstate has its challenges but Property Culture knows the local market so well I had every confidence they would find the right buyer, and they did.

Outstanding, great customer service and excellent team work by the office support team

What a great team effort by everybody in the office. Karl was outstanding in his explanation of the market at present, his appraisal of our property and how we could enhance the sale process to ensure we attracted the best price; by following his advice we achieved an early sale at an attractive price. Our recommendation for others would be to seek out Karl and Colby at The Property Culture and their team if you wanted to obtain sound advice on how to best present your property for sale in the Huon Valley. I know the company name is unusual but so are the team, professional, honest in every aspect, timely and offer excellent advice on how to present your property in the most favourable way to the market. Our experience after following Karl's advice was to sell in three days after release to the market and we achieved the best price too. if you want the best service, the best advice all added to honesty and local market knowledge go talk to the team at The Property Culture, we highly recommend them.
