Melissa’s work ethic is above and beyond, any questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend Melissa if you are selling or buying. You not only gain a fantastic agent but a lovely friend

From the very first meetings with Mellissa and Katrina from The Agency, we were confident that the sale of our property was in good hands. We were offered advise on presentation and were constantly kept up to date regarding interest and viewings. The end result, far exceeded our expectations. Thankyou Ladies, RF

Mellissa Sarich came highly recomended by a family friend. We arranged for her to appraise our property which she did immediately. From the outset we were amazed at her professionalism and sense of style in preparation of our home. Her confidence showed through when we were presented with two offers within 5 days of the open home. We sold for $13,000 over asking price. I would gladly recomend her to anyone considering selling real estate.
