Darren was incredible. We haven't gone through this process before but he was patient and thorough in helping us understand the steps. He did much of the heavy lifting for us through the network of contacts he has when we needed to make some minor repairs. He was amazing in keeping us informed at each stage. He takes pride in his work and we always knew he worked for the best outcome he could achieve for us.

As first-home buyers, we were excited about the process, but a few things didn’t go as expected. We didn’t receive the main door key at handover, despite multiple follow-ups, and had to use the sliding door to enter and exit the house for a couple of months before finally replacing the lock ourselves. We also hoped for a more special moment with the traditional “SOLD” sticker, but received a “YEWW” one instead, which felt a bit out of place for such a milestone. We appreciate the overall effort but feel these small details could have been handled better to make the experience more memorable.
