Mark was exceptional with his communication and understood the market and suburb sales. He was clear and transparent with his dealing and explained us the process in the best possible manner. He communicated the deal and provided the seller with contextual information which was convincing to get the deal done. The sale process was smooth and efficient. Mark also helped open up the house for a final inspection and viewing for my family, and went out of his way and showed great courtesy.

From start to finish, Mark showed great experience, clear communication, understanding and enthusiasm. He was very prompt replying to questions. His depth of knowledge about our local area gave us confidence that he could find the right buyer for us. He was both positive and realistic, always on time, and we felt he worked really hard to achieve a good outcome for us.

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Mark as our selling agent. Right from the start he helped us present the property in a way that set us up to do well, marketing was great, problem solving on the run, high integrity, and puts in the hours to make sure nothing is left to chance.
