We were selling our house and received good advice pre marketing. We were very happy with the ad which used accurate good language without the use of too many fake sounding hyperbolic adjectives which you often find in estate agents’ writing. The description of the house instilled confidence in the viewer that they would not be disappointed upon arrival at the property. Communication was excellent in all areas including the punctual and reliable assistance of Dakota in the office who helped in organizing trades people. Zac always arrived punctually to viewings and gave good feedback afterwards. We appreciated his advice when it came closer to the time of auction and feel he acted professionally towards us and prospective vendors. We are very satisfied with My Morris in all areas of selling our property. We looked at many agents before choosing to list with Glen and Hayman Partners, and even though they weren't the cheapest option we felt that Glen's analysis of the market and the rationale he provided for both the sales campaign and expected sale price were what we wanted.
